Right To Cancel Order (Cooling Off Period)

There is a cooling off period of 7 working days after the goods are received. A full refund will be given if the goods are returned in the same condition they were received, with the tamper evident seal in place and unbroken. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods. If unsure, there is the opportunity to order a sample and information pack before you purchase any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
